Assist with clinic organization and participation in events. Anna Pegova Jundiaí, a clinic with nearly two years of operation and part of an established franchise with over 70 years of history (and more than 50 years in Brazil), is seeking an intern to support marketing, customer relationship, and daily clinic operations. Internship Objective Support marketing and customer relationship initiatives, contributing to appointment organization, digital presence, and daily operational support for the clinic. Main Responsibilities (Support and Participation) \* Customer Relationship Management (Primary Focus) Assist in organizing and responding to messages via WhatsApp, supporting initial outreach to leads and patients, and routing inquiries to the consultant when necessary. \* Marketing and Digital Channels Support monitoring of Instagram, TikTok, and Google, contributing ideas, posting frequency, and simple social media graphic creation. \* Lead Management and Information Organization Assist in updating lead spreadsheets and tracking contact sources. \* Content and Production Assist in recording daily clinic activities and organizing materials for campaigns. \* Agency and CRM Coordination Support communication with the marketing agency and organize data for CRM implementation and usage. \* Clinic Operations and Events Support daily clinic operations and participate in event planning and execution.
