Job Summary: The Smart Fit Group is seeking a Ruby on Rails Senior Software Engineer to create, modify, and revoke access, operate IAM solutions, and map access profiles. Key Highlights: 1. We continuously explore new ways to integrate technology and innovation to help you lead a more active and healthy lifestyle. **So, are you ready to take on this challenge with us?** **Responsibilities of the Ruby on Rails Senior Software Engineer:** * Create, modify, and revoke access across various systems. * Operate the IAM solution console to create and revoke access. * Perform manual provisioning in systems lacking automated integration. * Assist business areas in mapping access profiles (Roles). * Provide second-level support for password or MFA synchronization failures. * Provide technical support for login issues, MFA reset, and account lockouts in SSO. * Monitor ticket queues and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLA). * Verify whether automated integrations are running without errors in logs. * Assist in collecting evidence for access audits. **Requirements** **What drives us every day?** We are part of the change—transforming the landscape and delivering greater quality of life to everyone who joins us. Each day, we begin our journey fully warmed up, ready to achieve new goals and live life to the fullest. **What must be in your toolkit:** * Knowledge and experience with Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, IAM solutions, and security fundamentals. * Profile: Organized, process-oriented, and customer-focused (internal customers). * Preferred: Prior exposure to any market tool (e.g., Horacius, Okta, SailPoint, IBM, Omada, Microsoft Entra) and experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes. * Knowledge: Basic Active Directory concepts; familiarity with authentication apps (Microsoft/Google Authenticator). **About the Organization** The Smart Fit Group owns full-service gym brands Smart Fit & Bio Ritmo, studio gym brands Race Bootcamp, Vidya Body & Mind, Tonus Muscle Lab, Jab House, and Nós, as well as digital products Total Pass and Queima Diária.
