About Our Service Engineer/Technician Position: Area of Focus: Ophthalmology. Work Base: Belo Horizonte (BH) and Surrounding Region. Responsibilities: * Installation, calibration, and preventive/corrective maintenance of medical equipment, with emphasis on ophthalmic surgical applications. * Maintain records of performed services and submit reports on completed service visits. * Ensure customer satisfaction according to service metrics, including timeliness, performance, and quality. Requirements: * Prior experience working with medical equipment. * Experience in ophthalmology will be a highly relevant advantage. * Basic IT knowledge (formatting hardware, installing software, configuring networks). * Technical education (Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fields). * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel. * Good English proficiency is essential.
