We are seeking a Service Electromechanic II whose mission will be to coordinate and execute field equipment installation activities according to project specifications, aiming to meet delivery deadlines, cost targets, and predefined quality standards. Perform mechanical, electrical, and electronic adjustments to machines/equipment to maintain them in optimal working condition.
**Job Description**
* Execute the agreed-upon project scope, install and/or replace parts, reprogram, test, and release equipment for production. Prepare and submit reports on performed services per established procedures.
* Visit customers to assess existing plant conditions for equipment installation.
* Coordinate and guide third-party installation teams by assigning tasks and providing necessary technical support to ensure project requirements are met.
* Monitor and evaluate physical progress against scheduled timelines, identifying required actions to prevent delays. Inspect and approve completed work.
* Coordinate and/or perform equipment start-up services.
* Obtain customer acceptance of project completion by presenting the handover protocol. Suggest improvements to the installation process.
* Perform assembly operations.
* Comply with company policies, procedures, and/or regulations related to work processes, quality management systems, environment, health, safety, labor legislation, as well as safeguarding the organization, custody, security, and confidentiality of documentation under one’s responsibility; maintain a clean and organized workplace.
* Perform other related duties as directed by one’s immediate supervisor.
**Qualifications**
* Technical education in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, or related fields.
* Minimum experience in the field.
* Familiarity with standard equipment, process bridges, and chain hoists.
* Knowledge of techniques for reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
* Knowledge of frequency converters and inverters; NRs 01, 06, and 10 (mandatory); NRs 11 and 35 (desirable).
* Desirable knowledge of electronics.
* Desirable knowledge of industrial automation.
* Proficiency in Word and Outlook.
* Valid driver’s license (Category B).
* Updated knowledge of administrative routine practices.
