So, how about wearing our jersey?\#SBFRecruitment\#JoinSBF **Responsibilities and duties** As a **SENIOR TRAFFIC ANALYST \- CD CENTAURO JARINU**, you’ll step onto the field with the following responsibilities: Analyze and optimize website and app traffic strategies to maximize user conversion and engagement; Monitor and interpret traffic metrics—including bounce rate, average session duration, and conversion rate—to identify improvement opportunities; Develop reports and dashboards to present insights and recommendations to managers; Propose and implement A/B tests and other traffic optimization initiatives; Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to align traffic activities with the company’s strategic objectives; **Requirements and qualifications** What you need for this position on the field: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Systems Analysis, or related fields; Proven experience of 3–5 years as a Traffic Analyst or similar role; Advanced knowledge of traffic analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and similar platforms; Proficiency in data analysis techniques, metric interpretation, and report generation; Strong communication skills, teamwork orientation, and results-driven mindset; Proactivity, problem-solving ability, and analytical thinking; **Preferred qualifications:** \- Experience analyzing traffic for e-commerce sites or content portals; Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and traffic acquisition strategies; Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion optimization tools; **Work arrangement:** Administrative. Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. We are Centauro, a company within the SBF Group.
