**Responsibilities and Duties**
First- and second-level technicians play essential roles in ensuring the availability of microcomputing resources. Their main duties include:
* **Support and Service Delivery:**
* Handling incidents, problems, requests, and changes related to system support services and microcomputing technical support.
* Recording user requests and complaints.
* Performing remote access to institutional computers to guide users and implement configurations based on higher-level instructions.
* **Hardware and Software:**
* Performing **installation, configuration, and updating of software and hardware.**
* Providing support for workstations (desktops, notebooks, tablets), peripherals (printers, scanners, webcams), and VOIP devices.
* Creating and installing standard workstation and notebook **disk images (clones).**
* Replacing out-of-warranty computer equipment components.
* **Infrastructure and Networking:**
* Providing support for **Wi\-Fi** networking equipment, access points, switches, and firewalls.
* Assembling, disassembling, and **organizing equipment racks.**
* Conducting scheduled technical visits to units in the state capital and interior regions to resolve issues.
* **Data Management and Security:**
* Executing and restoring local **backups** on workstations.
* Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date inventory of ICT assets.
* Developing and updating service procedures and **support scripts** for the Knowledge Base.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* **Education:**
* Provide documentation confirming enrollment in an undergraduate program in the IT field (currently active enrollment) or present a certificate/diploma verifying completion of an undergraduate IT program officially recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC).
* **Certifications, Courses, and Training:**
* Certification or official course completion certificate for **ITIL 4 Foundation** or higher, to be obtained within 45 days.
* **Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate** certification or higher, to be obtained within 45 days.
* A training course of at least 12 (twelve) hours in **COBIT 5 or higher** OR **ISO 20000** (certifications are also accepted).
* A **Linux** course with a minimum duration of **20 (twenty) hours**, with certifications in this area also accepted.
* A **computer networking** course with a minimum duration of **40 (forty) hours** or more.
