Understand customer needs and follow established procedures **Description** 100% on-site – Location: Campinas/SP Work Schedule: 5×2, 8 hours per day Available shifts: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Work Schedule: 12×36 Available shifts: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM NAVA has an open opportunity for Field Service, delivering on-site technical support to ensure the quality of IT services and our customers' satisfaction. **Responsibilities and Duties** Daily Activities: Respond to service requests on-site; Execute checklists, gather information, and complete visit conclusion forms; Log service requests in the ticketing system and perform troubleshooting until resolution; Monitor service requests, keeping them updated with details of performed activities; Contact other resolving departments when necessary; Understand customer needs and comply with predefined procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements Completed high school education; Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in IT or Electrical Engineering is a plus; Knowledge of microcomputing; User support techniques.
