In 2025, we received the Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification for the fifth consecutive year. **Responsibilities and Duties** **i4pro \+ You \= i4evc** Throughout your journey at i4pro, you’ll have numerous opportunities to develop, evolve, and transform—all within a collaborative and healthy work environment that values recognition, appreciation, and everyone’s well-being. **Therefore, we count on you to:** * Develop new features and modify existing ones within 75% of the time estimated in the budget table. * Address customer needs and priorities, aligning them with the budget table and company strategy. * Analyze functional specifications; when necessary, return the FS for scope clarification and recommend to the business or product analyst alternative implementation approaches that deliver greater value to the customer and lower system impact. * Define technical requirements, execute them, and guide other developers regarding governance requirements implementation and compliance. * Validate development hour budgets for each project with the Senior Business Analyst or your leadership. * Distribute development tasks among other team developers with appropriate technical guidance. * Conduct code reviews of code produced by analysts on your team, ensuring alignment with technical requirements, governance standards, and software development best practices. * Support production operations by fixing program and component bugs, writing scripts to adjust databases, analyzing potential operational impacts on customers, and alerting the business analyst for customer communication. * Actively collaborate with leadership in planning project and support structures to understand assigned activities, sharing ideas or proposing actions to ensure project completion. * Support leadership in meeting scheduled timelines and delivering to customers per agreed-upon deadlines set with your leadership. * Develop unit tests (TDDs). * Perform code refactoring on assigned routines. * Generate evidence and documentation of implemented development. * Upon development completion, submit deliverables to the Quality Assurance team for final project acceptance testing, support the acceptance process, and guide the team in adding further tests if the change point may impact multiple system areas not covered by the project’s functional specification. * Actively participate in system/module implementation at the client site, analyze optimal implementation formats, data migration processes, system versions, and support business/product analysts with system configuration. Provide technical assistance and/or train new developers on development tools. **Requirements and Qualifications** **You Must Also Have:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Technology or related fields. * Solid programming logic knowledge. * Solid SQL language knowledge. * C\# language knowledge is desirable. * Solid knowledge of Visual Studio. * Agile methodology knowledge is desirable. **Nice-to-Have (Differentiators):** * Knowledge of agile methodology. * English proficiency. **Additional Information** **Our Work Model:** We prioritize our employees’ well-being, offering remote, on-site, or hybrid positions—determined based on job requirements and role responsibilities.
