Here, we seek professionals who want to work with a business vision, collaboration, and impact, helping to sustain the evolution of the nstech ecosystem. **Responsibilities and attributes:** * Act as a Solution Design specialist for the **Logistics Control Tower** solutions of the Shipper BU. * Conduct in-person and remote Assessments with strategic clients to understand logistics processes, identify operational challenges, and optimization opportunities. * Map operational flows and define recommendations involving technology, processes, and services (BPO), according to each client's needs. * Develop consultative Control Tower solutions, combining software and specialized services to increase visibility, control, and efficiency of logistics operations. * Prepare executive presentations demonstrating diagnostics, value propositions, and solution recommendations aligned with clients' strategic objectives. * Act as a technical reference in Pre\-Sales processes related to Control Tower solutions, supporting strategic negotiations and contributing to the generation of new business. * Prepare technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and other competitive processes. * Conduct workshops and meetings with operational, managerial, and executive stakeholders to understand client needs and build the best solution proposal. * Work together with the Commercial, Customer Success, Product, Operations, and other specialist areas to structure complete Control Tower solutions. * Keep up with trends and best practices related to transportation management, Supply Chain Visibility, Control Tower, and managed services (BPO). * Contribute to achieving the area's goals related to strategic business support and influence in the generation of new commercial opportunities. * Travel for technical visits and agendas with clients throughout the national territory. Requirements and qualifications: * Completed higher education in Engineering, Administration, Logistics, Information Systems, or related fields. * Solid experience in logistics, with a focus on Transportation and Shipper operations. * Knowledge of transportation management processes, operational monitoring, exception management, and logistics indicators. * Experience in Solution Design, Consultative Pre\-Sales, Business Consulting, or related areas. * Experience in conducting Assessments, workshops, interviews, process mapping, and operational diagnostics. * Ability to understand complex processes and structure solutions that integrate technology, processes, and services to generate value for the client. * Experience in preparing executive presentations for clients and senior management, as well as in conducting meetings with operational, managerial, and executive audiences (C\-Level). * Experience in preparing technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and competitive processes. * Consultative, analytical profile oriented toward generating value for the client, with a systemic view of logistics processes. * Ability to build relationships, influence decisions, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. * Autonomy, organization, and ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously. * Availability for frequent travel. * Availability to work in a hybrid model. Differentiators: * Experience with **Logistics Control Tower** solutions, involving technological platforms and/or managed operations (BPO). * Experience in logistics monitoring operations, exception management, transportation tracking, or operational control centers. * Knowledge of Supply Chain Visibility, Control Tower, and managed service models. * Experience with TMS, YMS, WMS, Delivery Management, Telemetry, Control Tower, and other Supply Chain solutions. * Experience in technology, software, or specialized service companies for logistics. * Knowledge of integration between logistics systems (ERP, TMS, APIs, EDI, and integration platforms). * Experience in building business cases and value propositions for strategic clients. * Knowledge of logistics performance indicators, SLA management, operational productivity, and carrier performance. * Post\-graduation or MBA in Logistics, Supply Chain, Project Management, Business, or related fields. * Intermediate or advanced English.
