You’ll directly contribute to solution design, technology validation, POC creation, definition of corporate standards, high-level technical support, evolutionary architecture, and collaboration with engineering, architecture, and product teams. The mission is to elevate the organization’s technical maturity through excellence in engineering. **Responsibilities and duties:** * Develop and evolve internal components, templates, and frameworks used across multiple client squads. * Define and apply architectural patterns: DDD, Hexagonal Architecture, Microservices, CQRS, Event-Driven Architecture. * Implement and guide practices such as SOLID, Clean Code, Separation of Concerns, design patterns, and continuous refactoring. * Build POCs and Spikes for rapid validation of new technologies and approaches. * Design secure deployment strategies on OpenShift (Rolling Update, Blue-Green, Canary, Shadow). * Drive cloud-first integrations on AWS, considering cost, security, performance, and scalability. * Build messaging, streaming, and data integration solutions using Kafka, EventBridge, SQS/SNS, and Snowflake. * Ensure standardization of logging, auditing, tracing, observability, and security (OAuth2, JWT, OWASP). * Participate in defining the software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps best practices, and CI/CD pipelines. * Support developers and architects in technical decision-making, troubleshooting, standardization, and structural code reviews. * Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, communicating technical decisions clearly and objectively. **Requirements and qualifications:** * 6+ years of experience in software development/engineering. * Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, design patterns, and engineering grounded in best practices. * Strong understanding of SOLID, Clean Code, design patterns, Separation of Concerns, and advanced refactoring. * Modern architectures (DDD, Hexagonal, Microservices, CQRS, Reactive). * Experience with AWS (inter-service communication, cost optimization, EventBridge, SQS/SNS, Step Functions, IAM). * Solid knowledge of OpenShift (OCP), deployment strategies, auto-scaling, performance, and monitoring. * Experience with Kafka and messaging patterns. * Structured logging, distributed tracing, and auditing. * Applied security (OAuth2, JWT, OWASP, CIAM). * Experience with GraphQL and/or gRPC. * Ability to structure POCs and Spikes with technical clarity and speed. **Expected behavioral profile:** * Proactivity, initiative, and autonomy in designing technical solutions. * Clear, concise, and mature communication across diverse profiles (managers, developers, architects). * Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and contexts. * Systems thinking and ability to defend technical decisions with sound rationale. * Emotional intelligence and collaborative mindset within multidisciplinary teams. * Self-directed learner with constant drive for growth. **Desirable:** * Experience with environment automation (IaaS, sandboxes). * Knowledge of Snowflake or data streaming systems. * Experience with Database Refresh Technology. * Interest or experience in AI-related engineering challenges. * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. * **Residence in São Paulo for occasional onsite visits to the client.** **Additional information:** * For your health, we offer **comprehensive medical and dental coverage**, with no copay for exams or consultations. * Want more well-being?
