We offer a continuous learning and professional development environment where creativity and innovation are highly valued. **Join our team!** **What you’ll do in this role:** * Backend software development: Design, develop, test, and maintain mission-critical backend applications with a focus on low latency and high reliability. * Full software lifecycle involvement: Participate from solution planning and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support. * Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other global teams to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions. * Solution architecture and design: Contribute to architectural decisions, microservices design, and definition of technical standards. * Quality and best practices: Conduct code reviews, write automated tests, and ensure adherence to quality, security, and performance standards. * Support and documentation: Support production environments, investigate incidents, and keep technical documentation up to date. * Continuous improvement: Actively contribute to platform evolution, development process improvements, and adoption of new technologies. **This position is ideal for you if you:** * Have **7+ years of backend development experience in Java**; * Possess solid experience with **Spring, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and SQL**; * Have worked with **microservices architecture** in production environments; * Have experience with **CI/CD pipelines** and modern development practices; * Have practical knowledge of **web application security**, including authentication, encryption, certificates, and protection against attacks; * Use **JUnit, automated testing, and TDD practices** daily; * Are familiar with **Linux**, command-line tools, and Bash scripting; * Understand and apply **DevOps principles and agile methodologies**; * Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills; * Have **advanced or fluent English**, with the ability to communicate clearly in global corporate environments; * Communicate effectively and collaborate efficiently with technical teams and stakeholders. **It would be great if you also have:** * Experience with **Kotlin**; * Hands-on experience with **AWS**; * Knowledge of **Terraform**; * Experience with **containers and orchestration**, such as Docker and Kubernetes; * Familiarity with frameworks and tools like **Keycloak and OpenSearch**. **Where you’ll be based:** * Brazil **Benefits of being an e-Corean!** We offer a flexible benefits package: with e-Core BeneFlex, our e-Coreans can build a personalized benefits package aligned with their profile and needs.
