We are seeking a **Senior Process and Validation Assistant** to ensure the accuracy and compliance of our solutions. In this position, you will not only configure systems but also serve as a strategic validator—analyzing medium-complexity tickets and guaranteeing that the *Double Check* implementation scope is executed with excellence. If you are familiar with labor legislation and excel at data validation, join us and make a difference! **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * **Ensure Evolution:** Monitor changes in legislation and replicate updates across Beta and Production environments. * **Configure Accurately:** Analyze clauses from Collective Bargaining Agreements and perform necessary system configurations. * **Master Double Check:** Implement cross-validation processes, ensuring strict adherence to scope and timelines. * **Serve as the Technical Bridge:** Handle medium-complexity tickets, identify root causes of discrepancies (system vs. DC spreadsheet), and propose solutions. * **Map and Migrate:** Review Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) for SAAS, LU, and Cloud clients, performing accurate De/Para migration mapping. **What We’re Looking For:** * **Experience:** 3–7 years in HR Processes / Payroll. * **Education:** Completed High School or Technical Diploma (in Administration, HR, IT, or Accounting).
