### **Company hiring: Senior Payroll Analyst** * **Contract type:** Indefinite-term employment contract * **Work model:** On-site * **Working hours:** Business hours ### **Summary:** Responsible for ensuring the correct execution of Human Resources Department routines, guaranteeing accurate payroll processing, legal compliance, and support to employees. ### **Responsibilities:** * Payroll: Process, calculate (salaries, overtime, deductions, severance payments), and ensure payment accuracy. * Hiring and Termination: Manage the entire employee onboarding and offboarding process, including documentation and homologation. * Benefits: Administer, negotiate (transportation allowance, meal allowance, food allowance, health plans), and manage granting and maintenance. * Time Tracking: Monitor, verify, and manage the electronic time clock system and time records. * Legislation and Labor Charges: Stay up-to-date, apply, and ensure compliance with labor legislation (eSocial, SEFIP, RAIS, DIRF, CAGED). * Reports and Metrics: Prepare management reports (absenteeism, turnover, etc.) and HR metrics. * Support: Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR, payroll, and benefits inquiries. * Projects (Optional): Support or lead compensation, benefits, and quality-of-life initiatives. ### **Education:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources Management, or related fields. ### **Technical Competencies:** * Knowledge of Labor and Social Security Legislation. * Experience in Payroll, Hiring, Termination, and Vacation Processes. * Familiarity with HR systems and ancillary obligations (eSocial, SEFIP, etc.). ### **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Allowance; ### **Company Information:** * **Industry:** Recycling Trade; * **Location:** Rio de Janeiro / Barra da Tijuca; Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance
