




Job Summary: Professional to manage suppliers and continuous improvement projects in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on compliance and digital innovation for PSP/DSP. Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry in PSP/DSP. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage suppliers, contracts, and SLAs, ensuring quality, compliance, and traceability. * Monitor strategic KPIs and analyze data to support decision-making. * Execute continuous improvement and digital innovation projects (automation, CRM, omnichannel journeys). * Participate in improvement planning and support budget control for PSP/DSP. * Develop and maintain SOPs, operational workflows, training materials, and guidelines. * Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring timely and accurate responses. **REQUIREMENTS** * Knowledge of Patient Support Programs and applicable regulations (ANVISA, LGPD, Compliance, Pharmacovigilance). * Proficiency in analytical tools, minimum requirement: Advanced Excel. * Experience with CRM and digital platforms applied to PSP/DSP (operational level). * Bachelor’s degree in health-related fields such as Pharmacy, Nursing, or Biomedicine. * Solid experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in PSP/DSP. * In-depth knowledge of applicable regulations (ANVISA, LGPD, Compliance, Pharmacovigilance). * Direct experience in supplier management, SLA monitoring, and performance metrics. * Proficiency in analytical tools (Advanced Excel) and ability to analyze reports. * Hands-on experience in developing and implementing SOPs, operational workflows, and technical materials. **DESIRABLE** * Specialization in Project Management. * Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Experience with digital platforms, automation, and technology solutions applied to PSP/DSP. * Advanced English for global interaction. * Familiarity with information security practices related to handling sensitive data.
