Generalist practice focused on contracts and litigation, including drafting and reviewing various documents, legal opinions, and contracts. Management of outsourced law firms, validation of legal filings, and attendance at hearings. Conducts case analysis and provisioning, dispatch tracking, and monitoring of contingencies. Provides internal legal guidance, drafts corporate resolutions, official letters, and notices, and conducts Integrity Due Diligence. Supports the Legal Department's budget control. Requirements: * Law degree with active OAB registration; * Active TOKEN; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Fluent English; * Experience in the airport sector is a plus; * Availability for occasional travel and hybrid work arrangement.
