Senior Infrastructure Analyst

Description

**Main Responsibilities** **Projects and Infrastructure:** Support requirements gathering and server sizing (CPU, memory, storage, and network); Implement on\-premises, hyperconverged, and hybrid architectures; Develop and review technical project documentation; Perform environment deployment, configuration, and validation activities; Support high availability, backup, and disaster recovery initiatives. **Procurement and Suppliers:** Provide technical support for hardware and software procurement processes; Assist in proposal analysis and Bill of Materials (BOM) validation; Interact with suppliers and monitor deliveries and deployments. **Project Management:** Log and track requests using project management tools; Support development of schedules and action plans; Identify technical risks and assist in defining solutions; Report activity status to team and stakeholders. **Technical Requirements** **Microsoft Infrastructure:** Experience with Windows Server and services such as AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and WSUS; Knowledge of Active Directory (permissions and replication); Hands\-on experience with SCCM and/or Intune; Basic knowledge of Entra ID and Microsoft 365\. **Virtualization and Data Center:** Experience with VMware (vSphere/ESXi/vCenter) or Hyper\-V; Knowledge of clustered environments; Familiarity with Nutanix (a plus); Basic storage knowledge (SAN, NAS, iSCSI); Basic monitoring and performance analysis. **Cloud and Hybrid Environments:** Experience with Azure (VMs, networking, backup, and monitoring); Basic knowledge of AWS; Support for migrations and integrations between on\-premises and cloud environments; Basic PowerShell automation. **Education:** Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields.
