We seek a team of engaged professionals passionate about making a difference. **If you, like us, believe you can make a difference, join our team and grow with us!** **Key Responsibilities**: * Analyze **security alerts escalated by SOC Level 1**, conducting in-depth investigations. * Confirm whether **actual incidents or compromises** exist within monitored environments. * Identify, validate, and enrich **Indicators of Compromise (IOCs)** and **Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs)**. * Perform **advanced event correlation** using SIEM, EDR, and other security tools. * Execute **containment, eradication, and mitigation actions** for incidents, following defined playbooks. * Collaborate with **infrastructure, network, and application teams** to resolve incidents. * Support **Incident Response and DFIR** (digital forensics and incident investigation) activities. * Tune and optimize **detection rules** to reduce false positives and improve security effectiveness. * Track incidents through to **full resolution**, validating the effectiveness of actions taken. * Produce **detailed technical documentation**, as well as supporting executive reports and audits. **Mandatory Requirements**: * Solid experience (minimum **5 years**) with security tools such as: * Antivirus / EDR * Antispam * Firewalls * SIEM and related solutions * Strong capability in **technical analysis, investigation, and event correlation**. * Practical knowledge of **security incident response**. * Completed undergraduate degree in **Networks, Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields**. ### **Certifications (Preferred but Not Required)** * CompTIA **Security\+** * CompTIA **CySA\+** * Microsoft **SC\-900** * Microsoft **SC\-200** **Employment Type: CLT \+ Benefits**: * Business hours \- Monday to Friday. * Health and dental plans. * Life insurance. * Meal/Voucher allowance. * Transportation voucher. * Discount club. * Access to Wellhub (gyms) and Mente Tranquila. * Discounts on Positivo products. * University partnership. * And much more. **If you identify with this position and want to grow with Positivo S\+, apply now and join our team!** Minimum Education Level: Postgraduate Specialization/MBA
