Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Implementation Analyst to manage medium-complexity onboarding projects, ensuring secure and organized integration, testing, and production deployment. An environment that values autonomy and professional development We are looking for a **Senior Implementation Analyst** to execute medium-complexity onboarding projects, guiding customers through integration, testing, and production go-live stages, ensuring an organized and secure implementation. **What will be your mission within the team?** * Manage the portfolio of onboarding projects, maintaining frequent contact with customers; * Grant access and configure initial parameters in Sandbox and Production environments; * Clarify questions regarding API documentation and standard integration workflows; * Perform validation of test data sets submitted by customers; * Monitor the production go\-live process and the initial period of assisted operation; * Document project status in the company’s project management tools; * Report delay risks to the responsible Coordinator. **Basic Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Systems, Engineering, Administration with emphasis on Systems, or related fields; * Experience in implementation, technical customer success, or Level 2 support; * Knowledge of system integration concepts; * Experience with API testing tools; * Excel/spreadsheets \- preferably advanced level; * Experience with project management tools. **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Courses focused on Agile Project Management and API Integration. **Additional Information:** * Fully on-site position \- São Paulo \| Faria Lima; * Contract type: PJ (Individual Entrepreneur); * Health Insurance \| SulAmérica; * Paid Leave (30 days); * Exclusive partnerships and discounts (language schools, car rental services, restaurants, etc.). **If you are driven by challenges, enjoy solving problems, and want to grow in an environment that values autonomy and development, this opportunity is for you.** **Join us as a FitBanker!**
