Main Responsibilities * Screen resumes and conduct active candidate sourcing; * Conduct individual, group, and competency-based interviews; * Prepare technical and behavioral assessments; * Execute onboarding and integration processes for new employees; * Manage offboarding procedures; * Monitor employees during their 7-, 30-, and 60-day periods; * Organize departmental documents, records, and files; * Manage processes and tasks in ClickUp; * Support training programs, performance evaluations, and development initiatives; * Ensure compliance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT) and labor regulations; * Assist with time tracking, benefits administration, and contract management; * Support internal marketing, internal communication, and organizational climate initiatives; * Monitor HR metrics; * Participate in designing and continuously improving HR processes. Mandatory Requirements * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields; * Prior experience in Human Resources; * Knowledge of labor legislation (CLT); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
