Highly collaborative project with technical teams **Full Stack \- Senior (React \+ C\# / Architecture)** ----------------------------------------------------- Hybrid Work Model: 3 days per week at the office (Paraíso) **About the Project** We are looking for Senior Full Stack Developers with a focus on **ARCHITECTURE**, to work on one of the most strategic projects in the financial sector. You will be part of an innovative and challenging model, directly engaged in a distributed environment across companies within a conglomerate. Development will be conducted in partnership with the client's team. This is a highly collaborative project, requiring strong interaction with the client’s technical teams, demanding maturity, autonomy, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities * Develop and enhance features of a SuperAPP * Work with React on the frontend and C\# on the backend * Participate in technical discussions with the client's team * Contribute to architectural decisions * Ensure quality, performance, and security of deliverables Technical Requirements * Solid experience as a Full Stack Developer * Proficiency in React (frontend) * Experience with C\# / .NET (backend) * Experience in system architecture * Experience with APIs, microservices, and integrations Behavioral Profile * Strong communication and ease of interaction with stakeholders * Proactivity and ownership mindset * Ability to thrive in complex and collaborative environments * Adaptability to a distributed work model Advantages * Experience in financial sector projects * Experience in highly governed and secure environments
