Technical support to production and customers, with a focus on optimization A civil engineering company is seeking a Senior Engineering Analyst in Caxias do Sul (Cinquentenário). **Responsibilities:** Develop and/or modify projects, adapting customer drawings to the company's technical capabilities. Define, review, and register items, product structures, and manufacturing routings, keeping these registrations up to date. Register minimum and multiple lot parameters. Generate product item codes in the system according to budget items and update the portal. Provide production support during project execution when necessary. Monitor sample execution and generate related reports, making required adjustments. Review and update projects as needed based on production or customer feedback. Organize documents and information related to changes (OFs, drawings, routings, structures). Inform other departments about drawing changes in ongoing OFs or stock parts. Interact with other company departments to ensure project alignment. Focus on projects that reduce costs, optimize time, and meet production capacity requirements. Meet project development schedules according to pre\-established deadlines. Review and maintain updated information for active customers in the Drawing Control system (ID\-05\.08\). Register the NCM (Mercosur Common Nomenclature) in the system for accurate tax reporting. Provide technical support for commercial customer service when necessary. Prepare quotations using time data provided by production supervisors. Develop raw materials with assistance from the purchasing department. Develop third\-party operations with guidance from the immediate supervisor. Previous experience as a Project Engineer, Systems Analyst, Process Engineer, or Quality Analyst may indicate suitability for some activities of this position.
