Job Details: As a Senior Customer Quality Analyst, you will perform battery PPAP/VDA2 submissions, participate in development, validation, and change processes to ensure our product quality and meet customer requirements. What You Will Do: * Participate in new product development projects during product and process development and validation phases; * Coordinate APQP stages or similar tools required by customers; * Perform PPAP/VDA2 submissions for batteries; * Communicate with customers regarding product, process, and raw material source changes; * Ensure compliance with customer-mandated quality requirements and tools; * Request and manage customer waivers and deviations; * Support the deployment of specific customer requirements into development and validation processes; * Support Clarios overseas plants in development and validation processes; * Monitor tests and trials in internal and external laboratories; * Support Product Engineering in IMDS/CDX submissions; * Participate in problem-solving teams, as required; * Participate in quality management system audits and customer audits; * Support internal and external audits (IQA and BVQI); * Generate and monitor departmental KPIs. What We Expect From You? * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology (Processes, Projects, Chemistry, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields). * Mandatory knowledge of AIAG and VDA Core Tools (PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, APQP, VDA2, VDA5, MLA, etc.); * Experience with IMDS/CDX; * IATF 16949 Internal Auditor certification; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency; * Preferred: Intermediate Spanish proficiency. Work Location: * Sorocaba (Hybrid work model). Working Hours: * 8:00 AM to 5:16 PM.
