We are looking for a **Senior Controller Analyst**, analytical, organized, and meticulous, to directly manage the financial control of vehicle sales operations and budget monitoring for the company’s projects. Your responsibilities will include performing detailed financial reconciliation of completed sales, ensuring the integrity of receipts prior to final vehicle transfer authorization to the customer. Additionally, you will be responsible for financial planning, budgetary control, and KPI analysis, supporting management in strategic decision-making. **Your Responsibilities:** Sales Financial Reconciliation and Control Perform final reconciliation of receipts from sold vehicles, analyzing each vehicle individually. Ensure all amounts have been properly received, reconciled on the correct date, and deposited into the corresponding bank. Financially validate and approve the transaction to authorize vehicle transfer to the customer. Identify financial discrepancies and coordinate resolution efforts with relevant departments. Budget Planning and Control Perform financial planning within the system, according to initial feasibility assessments. Develop expense planning based on demand and physical progress of projects. Monitor physical and financial progress. Prepare comparisons between Budgeted vs. Actual figures. Analyze budget variances, propose adjustments, and report findings to the Coordinator for decision-making. Monitor and adjust ERP closing procedures. Prepare financial closing reports. KPIs and Analysis Develop and monitor financial KPIs. Generate managerial reports to support management. Support continuous improvement of controller and reconciliation processes. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. Advanced Excel proficiency. Experience in financial reconciliations and detailed analyses. Analytical, organized profile with high attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications** Experience in the automotive sector. Experience in reconciling financed sales and multiple payment methods.
