We seek a Senior Project Analyst with strong technical insight and an owner's mindset to transform layouts and standards into vibrant, functional projects across our units. This person will be responsible for translating the Bluefit concept into efficient, functional, and visually brand-aligned constructions. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and review complementary unit projects, defining technical area layouts, feasibility of electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and other installations—ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and brand standards; * Develop standards and templates to optimize and enable timely project delivery to construction sites; * Manage the rollout of multiple projects simultaneously; * Provide technical support to construction, expansion, and procurement teams; * Participate in planning and budgeting, evaluating available resources per unit; * Conduct technical site visits and monitor implementation stages; **Requirements** * Degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering. * Prior experience in retail network expansion (e.g., gyms, restaurants, pharmacies, franchises); * Knowledge of electrical systems, air conditioning, plumbing, fire protection, and structural engineering. * Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); * Basic knowledge of Photoshop for presentations and visual adjustments; * Ability to manage a high volume of concurrent projects. * **Preferred:** Familiarity with Revit. **Benefits** * Medical Insurance * Dental Insurance * Parking * Meal Allowance * Food Allowance * Transportation Allowance **Additional Notes and/or Benefits** University Partnership Program SESC Partnership ️ VIP Gold Plan VIP Companion Benefit Birthday Day Off **Organization Mission** MISSION: Inspire healthy lives.
