Senior .NET Developer | DevOps

We are looking for senior-level .NET developers with strong expertise in DevOps automation, continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), as well as interest and experience in applying Artificial Intelligence to software development. If you thrive in dynamic environments, modern architecture, automation, cloud technologies, and innovation powered by AI throughout the development lifecycle, this opportunity may be right for you. **Responsibilities and duties** * Analyze, design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions; * Collaborate with the team to ensure continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD); * Actively participate in agile ceremonies to align technical objectives with business goals; * Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft technologies; * Build and evolve APIs, WebServices, and system integrations; * Automate DevOps pipelines and processes; * Identify, analyze, and resolve technical and operational issues; * Ensure application stability, scalability, and performance; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of development and deployment processes; * Work with cloud-based solutions, preferably Azure; * Use AI-powered coding assistants to accelerate feature development; * Create efficient prompts for code generation, refactoring, and documentation; * Critically validate AI-generated code and suggestions prior to approval; * Ensure best practices for data security and privacy when using public and private AI tools. **Requirements and qualifications** * Experience with DevOps automation, CI, and CD; * Solid hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools; * Advanced knowledge and practical experience with: * C\# * .NET Framework * .NET Core * ASP.NET * PL/SQL * WebServices * REST APIs * Service Bus * Azure * Azure API Management (APIM) * Oracle Database * Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban; * Experience working in financial services or insurance companies; * Experience with cloud technologies, preferably Azure; * Knowledge of Prompt Engineering applied to software development; * Familiarity with Few\-shot Prompting and Chain\-of\-Thought techniques; * Understanding of security, privacy, and governance considerations in AI usage; * Analytical ability and critical thinking for validating AI-generated code. **Desirable:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Relevant certifications in DevOps or other IT areas are a plus. * Excellent communication skills, teamwork, proactivity, and time management. **Additional information** * Meal Allowance and/or Food Voucher; * Partnerships with SESI and SESC, offering access to health, wellness, and leisure services; * Partnerships with educational institutions, providing exclusive discounts on courses and academic programs; * Opportunities for career growth and participation in strategic projects; * Opportunity to work at a rapidly expanding company in the market.
