




Remote technical support to users for service requests; Telephone and remote support to end users regarding resolution of incidents affecting the proper functioning of products and services managed by the IT department; License management and hardware and software inventory; Monitoring of Proxy, Firewall, rules, and security infrastructure; Support for local network infrastructure, switches, links, and Wi-Fi; Remote support to end users regarding fulfillment of service requests addressed to the IT team; Monitoring services and proactively correcting issues and/or coordinating with peer departments to mitigate potential impacts; Providing technical support within defined SLAs; Performing call triage, assignment, prioritization, status updates, and follow-up for tickets in the IT team’s queue; Contacting and scheduling IT infrastructure services with providers for connectivity links, printing, and cabling; Monitoring and appropriately handling service requests forwarded via email; Creating users, groups, and access permissions.
