We seek communicative individuals focused on results and eager to grow financially. **Work Location: Tatuapé – São Paulo** **Working Hours** * **Monday to Friday:** 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * **Alternate Saturdays:** work one Saturday, off the next * Saturday hours: **9:00 AM to 6:00 PM** **Compensation** * **Base salary:** R$ 1\.890,00 * **Transportation allowance** * **1% commission on each sale** * **Individual performance bonus** * **Company performance bonus** **Average earnings between R$ 3\.500,00 and R$ 8\.000,00**, depending on performance. **Responsibilities** * Customer service via **WhatsApp** * Presenting company services * **Customer follow-up and support** during service interactions * **Prospecting and contacting customers** who showed interest but did not close a deal * Organizing customer interactions and tracking sales **Candidate Profile** * Sales experience * Strong communication skills * Focus on goals and results * Commitment to schedule and objectives * Availability to dedicate time and, when necessary, extend working hours to finalize negotiations or meet targets.
