Description: Mandatory Requirements: * Completed high school education (technical training in construction, electrical engineering, or related fields is desirable); * Basic knowledge of high- and low-voltage electrical systems (NR-10 and SEP certifications, up-to-date, are desirable); * Practical knowledge of structured cabling and network certification (use of cable testers and certifiers); * Knowledge of CCTV systems (installation and maintenance of analog and IP cameras) and access control systems; * Basic ability to read and interpret technical drawings (electrical, civil, and logical); * Proficiency in using hand tools and measurement equipment (multimeter, clamp meter, cable tester, etc). The following will be considered advantageous: * Experience with IT infrastructure and basic technical support; * Training in work at heights (NR-35); * First aid training; * Familiarity with ABNT/NBR technical standards applicable to construction and building installations. Physical requirements include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, bipedal posture for performing tasks, trunk rotation and flexion, physical effort, locomotion, and ambulation for carrying out maintenance activities and responding to emergency service calls. Sensory requirements include visual acuity for inspections and maintenance, as well as auditory perception for telephone support, communication with colleagues, identification of abnormal noises from components and equipment, and recognition of emergency audio signals in public areas and operational zones. Neuropsychic requirements include attention, concentration, organizational skills, creativity, interpretation of technical drawings and data, and initiative in resolving causal situations. * Assist and supervise general building maintenance services (civil, electrical, hydraulic, painting, masonry, flooring, and cladding); * Assist in conducting regular technical inspections of facilities, identifying failures, and proposing corrective and preventive actions; * Directly support maintenance of low- and high-voltage electrical systems (primary switchgear rooms, distribution panels, lighting, and outlets); * Perform or supervise tests and maintenance on network infrastructure (racks, patch panels, switches, port identification, continuity testing, and cable certification using appropriate equipment); * Provide basic support for IT infrastructure (connectivity verification, physical network reconfigurations, fault identification); * Assist in maintaining CCTV and access control systems (reviewing cameras, recorders, card readers, and electromagnetic locks); * Interact with suppliers and service providers, ensuring compliance with deadlines and technical standards; * Support preparation of simple inspection reports, service order tracking, and maintenance records; * Act in compliance with technical standards (ABNT, NBR) and regulatory norms (NR-10, NR-35, among others), safeguarding the safety and integrity of building occupants; * Support emergency activities and respond to internal technical service requests. 2512200202551616045
