Commercial profile focused on customer service and conversion We seek an organized, communicative, and proactive professional to work as a **Secretary**, responsible for public interaction, administrative support, and managing the company’s daily operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * In-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service; * Scheduling and confirming appointments; * Managing calendars and tracking commitments; * Receiving and welcoming clients/patients; * Organizing documents and files; * Supporting basic administrative and financial routines; * Using internal systems and computer tools; * Maintaining workplace organization; * Assisting team and management with operational needs. **Desired Profile:** * **Commercial** profile, focused on customer service and conversion; * **Proactivity** and initiative in daily tasks; * **Strong verbal and written communication skills**; * **Attendance and punctuality**; * **Responsibility and commitment**; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Proficiency with computer tools (WhatsApp, computers, software); * Ability to work effectively in a team; * **Flexible availability**. **Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):** * Prior experience as a secretary or receptionist; * Experience in public-facing roles; * Experience in healthcare or aesthetics fields.
