We are looking for a **Senior SAP Project Leader** to join the Votorantim Center of Excellence team and lead the identification, management, and delivery of IT projects (local and corporate) of varying complexity. **Key challenges include:** * Managing and ensuring project scope, cost, quality, timelines, risks, communication, and stakeholder satisfaction * Defining, developing, controlling, and communicating established project indicators * Managing, directing, and monitoring risks/issues and their mitigations/resolutions * Engaging, managing, and developing multidisciplinary teams per project * Ensuring knowledge transfer from Projects to the Support team * Preparing budgets, RFPs, proposal equalizations, and technical/managerial opinions * Ensuring consolidation of standards for project management * Evaluating and supporting project prioritization * Guiding technical teams regarding project execution * Leading pre-project and post-project processes * Preparing materials and conducting meetings with milestone-related information * Proposing and making decisions involving project definitions and problem resolution * Ensuring quality control according to company requirements * Discussing deliverables technically, at a high level, to ensure understanding and delivery quality * Providing follow-up, support, and technical guidance to junior project analysts and managers **It is important that you have experience with:** * SAP projects * Tools and methodologies for project management * Management methodologies, such as the PMBOK Guide, Scrum framework, and other project management tools * English and/or Spanish (a plus) Our offices are located in São Paulo and Curitiba.
