**What are we looking for?** We are seeking a versatile SAP Consultant with solid experience in the PM, PP, and QM modules to join our AMS (Application Management Services) team. The professional will be a key player in ensuring the continuity and operational excellence of our clients, strategically supporting sustainment activities. Their primary mission will be to absorb and execute overflow tasks from the current team, enabling agile resolution of complex issues and ensuring that maintenance, production, and quality workflows operate at maximum efficiency. If you possess a solution-oriented, collaborative mindset and wish to work in a dynamic environment, this position is for you. **Key Responsibilities:** Respond to service requests (incidents, inquiries, and requests) related to SAP modules PM, PP, and QM, adhering to agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Execute overflow tasks delegated by the operational consulting team, ensuring continuous delivery flow. Conduct detailed functional analyses to identify root causes and propose improvements to client business processes. Support the development of functional specifications for new developments or corrections (ABAP). Perform customizing configurations in PP, PM, and QM modules according to reported requirements. Participate in integrated testing and support end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Clearly document technical and functional solutions to maintain an updated knowledge base. **Requirements:** Proven experience as an SAP Consultant in the PP (Production Planning), PM (Plant Maintenance), and QM (Quality Management) modules. Prior experience in system sustainment under the AMS model. Technical ability to independently absorb overflow demands. Proficiency in configuring production processes (PP), maintenance plans and orders (PM), and inspection management and quality certificates (QM). Fluent/native Portuguese for clear and assertive communication with teams and clients. Ability to collaborate effectively in remote environments. Analytical profile focused on problem solving and delivery agility. **Preferred Qualifications:** Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA. Prior experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, etc.). Familiarity with integrations involving MM, SD, and FI/CO modules. Basic understanding of ABAP debugging (Debug) to assist in diagnostics.
