Job Summary: Responsible for nationwide sales of maintenance parts for sewing machines, customer prospecting, support, and sales forecasting, including field visits and commercial assistance. Technical and commercial support for customers **Position Summary:** Responsible for selling maintenance parts for domestic and industrial sewing machines nationwide, managing the customer portfolio, conducting in-person visits to distributors in the São Paulo region (including capital and interior), and providing remote support to customers in other locations. Will handle order mediation—including quotations, order entry, and follow-up—as well as support in preparing sales forecasts. Will also engage in prospecting new customers, focusing on expanding the dealer (specialized reseller) portfolio in collaboration with Singer’s commercial team. **Minimum Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Commercial experience, preferably in technical sales; * Knowledge of or familiarity with the sewing machine segment (domestic and industrial) and/or maintenance parts is considered a plus; * Basic knowledge of sales, with foundational understanding of mechanics and electronics; * SAP knowledge is considered a plus. **Competencies:** * Analytical and technical capability; * Interpretation of technical drawings; * Technical argumentation skills (mechanical/electronic operation); * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Results-oriented mindset and teamwork. **Languages:** * Intermediate English * Intermediate/Advanced Spanish **Work Location:** Indaiatuba/SP.
