Contract model: PJ – R$ 2.500,00 fixed monthly fee + commissions Responsibilities: * Prospecting clients via phone, email, and other channels, supported by CRM * Initial contact and lead qualification * Preparation, submission, and follow-up of commercial proposals * Pipeline and commercial opportunity management * Negotiation and closing of sales * Commercial relationship building and customer support throughout the buying journey Requirements: * Experience in consultative sales * Experience in prospecting and telephone-based sales * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Organizational skills and commitment to commercial routines * Laptop or computer with adequate specifications for remote work * Stable internet connection * Active CNPJ or ability to issue monthly invoices * Residency in Balneário Camboriú/SC Payment: R$2.500,00 per month Work location: Remote
