Key responsibilities: * Develop and strengthen relationships with cooperative members, identifying opportunities and offering customized financial solutions. * Prospect new cooperative members and build a portfolio from scratch; ideally, candidates should have an existing network to bring in new business and contribute to the cooperative’s sustainable growth. * Ensure up-to-date registration records and accuracy of information, guaranteeing transparency, security, and compliance in analyses and negotiations. * Monitor performance indicators to promote efficiency in management and quality in customer service. * Conduct financial negotiations based on technical data and client profiles, aiming for consistent and long-term results.
