Team support and training **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday – 8:30 AM to 6:18 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Carry out the accreditation of new partners, handle specific departmental requests, provide support to commercial areas, and assist assistants with departmental tasks. ? Support assistants in user creation, when necessary; ? Train new assistants and employees from other departments; ? Analyze and validate the initial documentation submitted by promoters wishing to become correspondents; ? Prepare contracts and send them to the promoter; ? Communicate with supervisors via WhatsApp or email; ? Register the promoter’s commission structure in the system; ? Register promoters in UNICAD and configure their registration within the system; ? Receive physical contracts via email and postal mail, and analyze original contracts and authenticated documents; ? Archive contracts and promoter documents; ? Review emails sent and replied to by assistants, and follow up on matters assistants are not authorized to handle—such as bank account information changes and commission adjustments; ? Populate accreditation spreadsheets; ? Update the spreadsheet for addendums and user creation; ? Identify correspondents on the website and forward them to commercial areas; ? Verify whether user creation errors or missing information exist; ? Assist in creating users in Bitrix for all company departments; ? Migrate users to new commercial crefaz accounts; ? Update/populate spreadsheets for new commercial supervisors; ? Create users for new commercial supervisors; ? Develop support and control spreadsheets. **Requirements:** ? Basic knowledge of Power BI; ? Intermediate knowledge of Excel; ? Proficiency in working with systems; ? Basic knowledge of Word; ?
