Operational continuity and financial reliability Attend to, receive, and provide support to guests during the nighttime shift, ensuring **security**, **service standards**, **operational continuity**, and **financial process reliability**, through daily auditing of hotel transactions. Work schedule: **12x36** Working hours: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES **Guest Service and Reception** * Perform guest check-in and check-out * Answer and route telephone calls * Provide information about the hotel, its services, and local tourist attractions * Process reservations and system entries * Monitor guest arrivals and departures * Support administrative tasks at the front desk * Ensure courteous and efficient service **TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS** * Familiarity with CMNET / TOTVS is desirable * Prior experience in hospitality reception is desirable * Basic computer skills (e-mail, reporting, spreadsheets) **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields is desirable) * Previous experience in hotel reception or nighttime auditing (preferred) **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** * Commission on reservations made * Performance-based bonuses for the unit Employment type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$1.600,00 - R$2.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Basic food basket * Corporate agreements and commercial discounts * Free parking * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
