Job Summary: We are seeking an attentive and organized Receptionist to ensure excellence in initial customer service and administrative support. Key Highlights: 1. Provide direct support to cosmetic customers * We are looking for a Receptionist who will serve as the business card of our company! If you are attentive, organized, and enjoy interacting with the public, we would love to meet you. * In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring excellence in initial customer service, combining friendliness at the front desk with efficiency in administrative support. * Responsibilities and Duties: * Customer Service Management: Receiving customers in person and providing prompt support via WhatsApp Business. * Telephone Switchboard: Answering calls, screening them, and correctly routing them to the responsible departments. * POS Support: Directly assisting customers interested in our cosmetic product line (guidance and answering questions). * Administrative Support: Organizing and digitizing documents, archiving, and preparing basic documents (letterheads and official letters). * Collaboration: Participating in internal campaigns, training sessions, and team meetings to improve processes. * Requirements: * Education: Completed High School. * Competencies: Good verbal fluency, correct written communication, and proactivity. * Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in reception, clinics, or cosmetic stores. Basic proficiency in digital tools and WhatsApp. * Additional Information: * Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48\.
