




**RECEPTIONIST / CUSTOMER SERVICE** Position: Receptionist – Patient Support and Commercial Assistance Employment type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) Workplace: On-site Working hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1 hour 12 minutes lunch break) – 44 hours/week JOB OBJECTIVE Serve as the central point of contact for clinic patients, ensuring humane, organized, and efficient service, with a focus on patient experience, appointment scheduling, and administrative and commercial support for the clinic. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Patient Service and Relationship Management * Patient support via WhatsApp, telephone, and in-person, following the clinic’s communication standards * Clarification of questions regarding appointments, procedures, fees, and general guidance * Follow-up with active patients and management of the patient database * Patient support before and after appointments, ensuring an organized and welcoming experience Appointment Scheduling and Routine Organization * Full medical appointment scheduling management * Scheduling, confirmation, and rescheduling of appointments and procedures * Scheduling of follow-up appointments according to medical instructions * Management of same-day appointments and optimization of the schedule Financial and Administrative Tasks * Billing for appointments and procedures, in accordance with clinic policy * Sending data to the office for invoice issuance * Recording of service interactions, payments, and information in the system * Basic financial organization support related to patient service System Management and Patient Database * Updating and managing the patient database in Gestão DS * Accurate registration of data and service history Marketing and Communication Support * Capturing simple daily images and videos from the clinic for Instagram Stories * Documenting behind-the-scenes moments, daily clinic routines, and short institutional content TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS * Prior experience in reception at medical or aesthetic clinics (preferred) * Proficiency in WhatsApp-based communication and appointment scheduling systems * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong written communication * Comfort with technology and management systems * Basic knowledge of smartphone use for photography and videography (e.g., Stories) BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES * Clear, polite, and empathetic communication * Organized, proactive, and responsible profile * Professional demeanor aligned with the clinic’s standards * Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively * Discretion and ethics in handling patient information * Focus on patient experience and service quality ADDITIONAL ASSETS * Previous experience in high-end medical clinics or private practices Job type: Full-time, permanent CLT position Salary: BRL 1,800.00 – BRL 1,850.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance
