Detailed Responsibilities: Multichannel Customer Service: · Receive in-person clients by offering initial support and proper guidance. · Answer phone calls and WhatsApp messages using professional and empathetic language. · Respond to initial inquiries about available properties (using updated scripts and catalogs). Scheduling and Visit Coordination: · Record appointments in a system or shared spreadsheet. · Confirm property availability in advance. · Contact interested parties to confirm or reschedule appointments. · Communicate with field staff to coordinate visits. Key Management: · Log key check-ins and check-outs in a system or manual register. · Inspect keys upon return. · Ensure secure and organized key storage. Administrative Support: · Digitize simple documents (ID, CPF, proof of address, etc.). · Assist in organizing physical and digital files. · Draft and send standardized emails. · Help clients fill out registration forms when necessary.
