Description

Job Summary: A quality control professional responsible for monitoring products and processes, inspecting, testing, and documenting non-conformities, as well as assisting in QMS implementation. Collaborate in the implementation of QMS activities **Job Objective:** * Carry out quality control activities related to the organization's products and processes **Responsibilities:** * Monitor production process stages according to product specifications; * Inspect, disposition, and release products for inventory and production; * Approve setups and monitor production; perform daily tests on production and/or development items. * Store samples, record data in spreadsheets, and track supplier performance (KPI); * Monitor product quality based on procedures, standards, and legislation; * Evaluate products through testing; * Assist in administrative tasks; * Classify incoming materials as approved or rejected; * Archive and control quality documents; * Support the Quality Supervisor and company facilitators in implementing QMS activities to ensure compliance with established standards; * Accurately communicate and record information; * Report and document any non-conformities found to the process owner, formalizing them jointly with the supervisor; * Perform tests according to standards and/or procedures; * Support the Quality Policy and Quality Objectives; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the department. **Minimum Requirements:** * Completed High School education; * Computer literacy; * Knowledge of calipers and micrometers; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Higher education degree; * Laboratory testing knowledge, machining processes, hands-on profile; * Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard; * Microsoft Office suite; * Courses related to the position.
