Join us as a Squader! **What You Will Do** ------------------------ We are looking for a QA professional with a dynamic profile who can easily transition between manual and automated testing, and who possesses a critical mindset focused on defect prevention and continuous improvement of software engineering processes. * Plan, create, and execute manual and automated test scenarios for Web platforms (and occasionally Mobile). * Develop, structure, and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress (JavaScript) or Robot Framework. * Actively collaborate with Product Managers and Software Engineers during the review and definition of clear acceptance criteria. * Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (Refinements, Sprint Plannings, Daily Meetings, and Retrospectives), bringing the QA perspective to solution design. * Support and guide the development team on best practices for code quality and development-level testing. * Analyze and investigate root causes of failures using observability tools and log analysis. * Support the integration and maintenance of automated tests within CI/CD pipelines. **What You Need** ---------------------- Test Automation: Solid experience with the Cypress framework using JavaScript. Test Strategy: Proficiency in software testing fundamentals (techniques, levels, and types of tests), writing test plans and scenarios based on acceptance criteria (Gherkin / BDD). Manual Testing: Strong experience in functional and exploratory testing. Platforms: Experience testing Web applications. Version Control: Practical knowledge of Git (versioning, good commit and branching practices). Language: Technical English reading proficiency for documentation; conversational English is a plus. **For the Perfect Match** ------------------------- Mobile Testing: Experience with manual or automated testing on iOS and Android platforms. Performance Testing: Practical knowledge of tools such as K6 or JMeter. DevOps / CI/CD: Familiarity with continuous integration pipelines and pipeline tools (e.g., Azure DevOps). Observability & Logs: Basic knowledge or autonomy in log analysis and use of monitoring tools like Datadog or Grafana. Accessibility: Knowledge of manual testing based on WCAG guidelines. Certifications: CTFL / ISTQB certification will be considered a plus.
