Description

Job Summary: Assists in non-conformance control, supports quality document maintenance, organizes audits, and implements quality management and IMS initiatives. Key Highlights: 1. Support in quality management and IMS (Integrated Management System) 2. Participation in quality, health, and safety training 3. Assistance in creating digital marketing content and data analysis Assist in controlling and investigating non-conformances and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions in Operational and Administrative areas; Support the maintenance and updating of quality documents (procedures, flowcharts, work instructions, records); Assist in organizing and conducting internal and external audits; Assist in organizing and developing internal quality management initiatives and programs; Support the supplier evaluation and approval process; Participate in internal training sessions focused on quality, health, and safety; Assist in mapping, standardizing, and implementing IMS policies and processes; Support initiatives to promote IMS culture across departments; Assist in managing and controlling quality documents and records, as well as other legal requirements; Monitor legislation related to process quality, verifying application and ensuring compliance; Support the implementation of management methodologies and tools to improve performance, control, and cultivate a quality culture; Support the management of IMS and business strategic performance indicators, collaborating with organizational departments to ensure monitoring, analysis, and dissemination, thereby contributing to continuous improvement; Assist in creating social media posts based on planning provided by mentors and client departments; Assist in writing website content, marketing emails, and promotional materials according to action plans; Assist in analyzing campaign data and metrics for optimization; Assist in analyzing social media platforms, contributing ideas; Participate in internal events and activities to promote the company; Attend internal planning meetings led by mentors; Attend internal planning meetings held by client departments; Support the creation and execution of internal and institutional campaigns.
