Job Description: **A&G Medicine and Occupational Safety** is seeking an intern to support daily operations in **Psychology** and **Human Resources**, contributing to internal activities and projects focused on occupational health. **Responsibilities:** * Support in Work Psychology and Occupational Health routines; * Assistance in the application, tabulation, and analysis of assessment tools (e.g., COPSOQ and internal evaluations); * Support in preparing technical reports and documents; * Participation in Recruitment and Selection processes; * Support in organizing training sessions, onboarding, and organizational climate initiatives; * Management of departmental documents and spreadsheets; * Internal client service and team support. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a **Psychology** program (from the 4th semester onward); * (any semester); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational ability and proactivity; * Interest in Organizational Psychology, Occupational Health, and HR. * **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic knowledge of Excel; * Prior experience in HR will be considered an advantage. **Work Schedule:** * 6 hours per day – flexible timing to be agreed upon. **Location:** * Belo Horizonte/MG – On-site. **Benefits:** * Market-competitive internship stipend; * Transportation allowance; * Afternoon coffee provided by the company.
