This position is based at our corporate office in Pinheiros, with frequent travel to units to ensure close proximity to operations and direct support to involved departments. * Lead the **management and implementation of strategic and operational projects** * Conduct **process mapping, analysis, and redesign**, proposing improvements and standardization * Ensure monitoring of schedules, deliverables, and performance indicators * Support partner departments in identifying opportunities for efficiency and optimization * Prepare reports, executive presentations, and supporting materials for project governance * Interface with various stakeholders to promote alignment and engagement * Support continuous improvement and organizational transformation initiatives **Requirements and Qualifications** To transform healthcare, you need: * Proven experience in **project management and implementation** * Solid experience in **process mapping and improvement** * Analytical capability and systemic vision for problem solving * Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple departments * Willingness to travel frequently between units * Knowledge of project methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Lean, etc.) * Prior experience in internal consulting or process and operations departments * Proficiency with management and mapping tools (Visio, Bizagi, Power BI, Advanced Excel) **Additional Information** We care for our people so we can deliver the healthcare people desire and the world needs—check out our benefits: * Nutrition support: Meal Voucher/Food Voucher or On-site Cafeteria (depending on location); * Health support: Health Insurance and Life Insurance; * Development support: Dasa University, Career Development Cycle, Technology/PMAX Academies, and Crescer Program within Dasa; * Others: Transportation Voucher and Performance Bonus (PPR).
