**Location:** Guarulhos, São Paulo, Brazil **Job ID:** R0122379 **Date Posted:** 2026\-05\-14 **Company Name:** HITACHI ENERGY BRASIL LTDA. **Profession (Job Category):** Project/Program Management **Job Schedule:** Full time **Remote:** No **Job Description:** **The Opportunity:** Lead the execution of medium-sized projects and ensure that all related activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures, project scope, human and material resources, contract specifications, quality standards, health requirements, risk mitigation, communication, safety and environmental requirements, project integration, cost/profitability targets, and established deadlines, aiming to achieve financial results and customer satisfaction, thereby contributing to the sustainability of the business. **How You Will Make an Impact:** * Lead the project team, defining key guidelines, assigning tasks, motivating and monitoring internal and external resources to fulfill all requirements according to the project scope, including providing performance feedback to stakeholders. * Collaborate with the project planning and control department to define all project documentation, including scope and financial milestones, schedules, and risk and opportunity management plans. * Plan, monitor, and control project activities, maximizing the established cash flow by considering critical path planning and ensuring sufficient capacity for continuous project development, thereby optimizing the company's resource utilization. * Ensure the project follows recommended best practices for execution and Hitachi policies, monitoring and controlling project progress and efficient resource utilization. * Monitor and control project financial control activities, reviewing project billing status, costs, expenses, and cash flow, and leveraging contractual terms and conditions to maximize financial cash flow, margins, and liability limits (e.g., through insurance). * Ensure compliance with applicable internal and external regulations, procedures, and guidelines. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Engineering. * Mandatory experience with MS Project. * Intermediate-level English and Spanish will be considered advantageous. * PMP certification will be considered advantageous. * Desired experience in project management within the energy sector, involving projects of varying sizes, complexity levels, and contract types. * Work arrangement: Initially 100% on-site for 4 months; subsequently, a hybrid model (3 days on-site).
