Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who create excellent products and contribute to our growth, we are seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Sorocaba. Reporting to the Director of IT, this role involves: Guiding the application and adaptation of existing connectors for solutions in the Flex Future Factory project. This role combines project management with technical support, ensuring implementation, training, and integration solutions within manufacturing environments. Key Day\-to\-Day Responsibilities: * Manage end\-to\-end implementation of Future Factory connectors, from requirements gathering through to deployment. * Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones. * Coordinate with cross\-functional teams (Engineering, IT, Operations, and Manufacturing). * Track deliverables, manage risks, and ensure adherence to project scope and budget. * Serve as the primary point of contact with factory personnel and stakeholders during project execution. * Conduct requirements workshops, collect feedback, and adapt solutions as needed. * Provide regular updates and reports to leadership and customers. * Offer guidance on connector configuration, adaptation, and remote implementation. * Support troubleshooting and handle escalations during integration activities. * Ensure solutions align with manufacturing processes and business needs. * Develop technical documentation, user guides, and project reports. * Train factory personnel on connector usage and related tools. * Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement. Experience We Are Seeking to Add to Our Team: * More than 5 years of experience in a technical or manufacturing environment. * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. * Proven experience managing customer relationships in project delivery or engineering support. * Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes and integration concepts. * Ability to communicate technical requirements to non\-technical stakeholders. * Strong understanding of APIs, data formats, and industrial network protocols. * In\-depth knowledge of networks, security, and IoT communication protocols (HTTPS, MQTTS, AMQPS, OPC UA, CFX, etc.). * Experience in IT/OT integration projects. * Knowledge of SMT. * Knowledge of Node\-RED and FlowFuse. * Fluent English. Desired Qualifications: * PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification. * Experience with Ignition, Kepware. * Willingness to travel.
