This person will be responsible for: **Technical Team Leadership** * Coordinate the design team, promoting alignment, task distribution, and schedule tracking. * Encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous technical development. * Work in partnership with HR to define training programs and capacity-building initiatives. **Technical Planning and Analysis** * Supervise field surveys and technical requirement analysis for infrastructure definition of projects. * Participate in meetings with clients and the commercial area to align expectations and requirements. * Perform calculations and technical feasibility analyses of projects. **Technology and Material Selection** * Oversee material, equipment, and technology specifications, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. * Support supplier negotiations to ensure technical solutions aligned with project needs. * Stay updated on new technologies, standards, and market trends. **Project Development and Validation** * Review technical drawings, diagrams, layouts, and detailed specifications. * Ensure projects meet technical requirements, regulatory standards, and quality benchmarks. * Propose innovative solutions and improvements to project development processes. **Execution and Technical Support** * Monitor project progress, maintaining communication with clients and internal departments. * Collaborate with the execution team to ensure accurate implementation of projects. * Provide technical support during execution, resolving queries and adjusting requirements as needed. **Quality and Compliance Management** * Validate projects against technical standards (ABNT, NR-10, NR-35, among others). * Implement internal audits and corrective actions to ensure compliance and operational excellence. **Documentation and Reporting** * Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation. * Prepare progress and performance reports, reporting to management with analyses and improvement proposals. **KPI and Results Management** * Establish and monitor KPIs to measure project efficiency and quality. * Present weekly and monthly reports to senior management with strategic insights and corrective actions. **Organizational Culture and Integration** * Support organizational culture and internal marketing initiatives, promoting employee engagement and talent retention. * Encourage inter-team communication and collaborate with other departments to ensure cross-functional integration and alignment with company strategies.
