Join us in transforming the world sustainably and innovatively! **\#VemSerSSA** **\#SSA \- Nourishing lives and building dreams** **Responsibilities and duties** * Monitor projects, schedules, costs, and resource allocation, ensuring compliance and timely delivery; * Analyze management reports, KPIs, budgetary controls, and project-related accounting entries; * Support administrative routines, workforce management, procurement, and materials control; * Organize documentation related to financing, contracts, tax incentives, and investment operations; * Develop management presentations and KPIs to support decision-making; * Drive continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency and quality across departmental activities. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Administration; Accounting; Economics; or related fields; * Experience in administrative routines, project control, budgeting, or financial monitoring; * Practical experience analyzing reports, KPIs, and management controls; * Knowledge of procurement processes, tax documentation, and administrative controls; * Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel; **Additional information** São Salvador Alimentos (SSA), owner of the brands **SuperFrango and Boua**, has 33 years of history in the industrial sector and has been operating in Brazilian poultry farming for 50 years — today ranking among Brazil’s leading producers of chicken protein.
