We are hiring a Production Assistant to support manufacturing, assembly, and finishing processes of products. We seek an organized, proactive, responsible individual with a strong willingness to learn, to assist in daily operations within the production department. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in the production and assembly of parts and products * Sort materials and organize the work area * Support product finishing, inspection, and packaging * Assist in installing simple electrical components * Support wire routing, LED connections, power supply wiring, and basic testing * Maintain a clean and organized workplace **Requirements:** * Commitment, attention to detail, and agility * Ability to work effectively in a team * Basic knowledge of electrical systems * Willingness to learn and develop new skills * Prior production experience is a plus **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with LEDs, power supplies, wiring, and assembly * Basic knowledge of hand tools Employment type: Full-time CLT, Temporary Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
