Job Summary: A professional responsible for creating and communicating a clear product vision, leading the product’s entire lifecycle, and aligning market needs with business priorities. Foster a healthy and humanized work environment * Create and communicate a clear product vision, developing, executing, and refining strategies that ensure delivery of customer value while aligning market needs with business priorities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead and orchestrate the product’s full lifecycle—from conception and discovery, through development and launch, to continuous evolution driven by data and learning. * Define and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, user needs, usage data, technical feasibility, and regulatory constraints. * Collaborate closely with other departments across the company, acting as an enabler to ensure clear communication, strategic alignment, expectation alignment, and data-driven, business-priority-based decision-making. * Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and ongoing collection of customer feedback—using these insights to guide strategic product decisions. * Monitor and analyze performance metrics and success indicators (outcomes), evaluating adoption, value delivered, user experience, and impact on business objectives. * Ensure products meet regulatory, legal, security, and quality requirements in partnership with Legal, Compliance, and Information Security teams. * Actively participate in defining, evolving, and continuously improving product development processes—strengthening practices in discovery, delivery, and continuous learning. * Collaborate with technical teams to explore innovative solutions and emerging technologies, ensuring technical feasibility and scalability. * Lead and orchestrate the product team (where applicable), promoting best practices in management, autonomy, collaboration, continuous learning, and results orientation. * Ensure the team remains focused on solving business problems and generating measurable impact—avoiding a purely feature-delivery mindset. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in related areas. **Technical Skills:** * Strong analytical ability to interpret data and make metric-driven decisions; * Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello); * Familiarity with software development and UX/UI processes; * Prior experience as a Product Manager or in similar roles; * Knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean); * Communication and leadership skills to influence diverse stakeholders. **Desirable Skills:** * Advanced/Fluent English and Spanish * Leadership of technical teams; * High organizational and prioritization capacity; * Conflict management; * Knowledge of software development and architecture; * People management and talent development; * Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business teams; * Data-driven decision-making; * Strategic vision and results orientation. **Additional Information** Why choose VEGA? **Modern Work Model:** Hybrid—available if you’re near our headquarters (São José dos Campos) or hubs (Lavras and Piracicaba). **Health and Well-being:** Health Insurance: Sul América or Unimed (depending on location).
